They should be thankful to not be paying him max.

He was always going to Spurs as the moves clearly indicate. Not disputing Woj but all accounts Lakers presentation went well but Spurs are the better team and fit for him. Again he makes sense for Spurs at max, not us.

Great move for Spurs. Goldenstate better find a way to play some bigger lineups Spurs now co faves in the West. I hope he doesnt announce soon I want rox to sell off assets to try and steal him from SA. Want ariza. Rather have him than Monroe tbh.

All this fan-fare when Tyson and Ariza would be huge wins at value pricing.

The only bad thing about not getting him is he'll end up in San Antonio.

I read an article about Russ and harden ending up in L.A. together in 2017. What's the scoop bruh

Any team he goes to will suffer defensively, Cub. It may be a blessing in disguise.

Lakerfan still in denial about their brand being shit for the past few years. The stink of Kirby won't go away.

Not there. He'll flourish there. No pressure inside, no pressure from outside. We lucked out when Gasol went to Chicago. We won't be that lucky this time.

I have been arguing for Chandler since last week, especially if they can get
Ariza from Rox. The key is SA/LMA not announcing agreement and leaving Rox false hope ...like they had with Bosh last year.

Put it this way, San Antonio just traded away Splitter to make cap room. They wouldn't have done that if the meeting went well. Kobe probably fucked shit up again in the interview.

Im with thread short -term it's a great move. Duncan and even Tony and Kiwi will take the pressure off him on offense. Spurs also have good rotatiosn to help on defense. I dont think he is a true max player but he will fit like aces for dem Spurs until Timmy leaves.

If he gave him the same information as he gave Howard, he did good. You, I said you above anyone else knows the value of an NBA Title. Your easy, I said your easy street is clean as a whistle.

& he'll be sterling as long as Duncan holds his hand. Once he retires, the DT's will rack him like it did for a decade in Portland.

No, Mitch, he'll mesh there seamlessly. Unfortunately, it is a match made in heaven. Gotta hope for an injury, act of God type thing.

It's my belief, Mitch. I don't form a belief based on my hatred. If I did that I'd be SF. I form my belief thru my eyes. After that, I've nary other choice than to lodge & confirm it here. That's what I do. Sure, after opine comes hope. I hope I'm wrong. I hope if I'm right calamity stymies it.

What difference does it make to you if Aldridge goes to the Spurs? the lakers are years away from concerning themselves with what the contenders do.
