These are a factor. Obviously the chances of deep playoff runs and natl/intl media exposure are a good potential in SA, still just wondering what non NBA contract income LMA has and how that might play into his choice.

He is a Jordan guy and has a Vita Coco endorsement also. In the past he has alluded to difficulty in landing endorsements playing in the northwest. Would stand to reason he's worried about the same thing playing in the southwest.

He only does McGloughlin Auto Mall in Portland area besides Nike. Anything else is peanuts so HEB would be a huge step up for him.

I've only met him once, and I think he was drunk - I doubt I have any major influence in his decision.
