How is it that Cave can sign all their players to these big contracts but the Spurs players have to take less money? All their players are getting. Dam near 50 million an above. An we can only have Leonard? Duncan an Ginobili have to sacrifice. How does that work? Someone please explain.

Cavs have Bird Rights on all their players so can go way over cap. They're not going after any (big) outside free agents so do not need cap space. They'll have to fill out outside part of roster with the taxpayer MLE and minimum contracts.

They still do hold the Haywood non-guaranteed contract which could bring in one more 8 figure contract.

Eh, the new cba probably will include a bailout. Or LeBron will leave and the dumpster fire will burn for years
