What a joke.

Not really cavs will cakewalk their way to the finals while the west has three teams with a shot. Because they are for sure going to be there they should be the easy favorite

I thought the top 16 teams will all be seeded equally?

That's a lot of fodders.

There is only 1 legit team in the East and about 3 or 4 in the West.

There is no parity in the NBA.

Cavs will come healthy and with a vengeance. Plus the rest of the East is shit.

They will be tough to beat

They are talking about abolishing the division winner auto seed. Not the conference split

Fuck, they wouldn't know vengeance if it bit 'em on the ass.

It will normalize later on, we'll see in September..

Spurs are going to be a really public team, this year..

Cavs are easily the favorites due to playing in the East, obviously..when your 2 biggest challengers are the Hawks and Bucks, those are the odds you get:lol..

OK, but what if the West has 10 playoff teams and the East has 6? What if the top three teams are all from the West? Then what?

True, Har. Maybe that intense lighting will cause you to become undone. Anything is possible.

It's still 8/8 teams from each conference, and conference seeding 1-8 based on record. They're just getting rid of division championship guaranteeing a top 4 seed.

It did and they do circa June 2014, at least some of them.

Miami looks like a potential challenger on paper, but Wade's health and having Deng in their starting line-up makes me skeptical..

Other than that, have to hope the Hawks get hot in a series or that the Bucks mature quicker than expected..

Spurs at +300 look good. But it's not worth betting a year long prop for such small odds.

I know man.....

We all wished we played in the lEastern Conference. That shit is a joke. LeBron will make the Finals for 10 straight years.

They made the Finals with a hobbled Kyrie and an injured K-Love. They were 12-2 en route to the Finals with 1.5 stars.

The East is a fucking joke and any bookmaker who puts odds above 1/2 for the Cavs to make it out of the East deserves to lose a lot of money.

You should bet now rather than before the playoffs where the Spurs odds will be much shorter than that. You are looking at a 60-win team, easy, even if Enrique might lose them some games.

Nothing to lose by betting on a title outright 11 months from the Finals. If you gamble well you can recover your stake.

Bet on it and recover your stake during the season by betting short

We'll see how the Dubs do in the playoffs when they don't have the Stay Puft Marshmellow Man coming off the bench anymore.
