Being in the #2 media market in the nation isn't a big enough draw anymore for them now that they have shitty ownership, but if Russell and Randle can impress next season they might have a shot at Durant and Horford once they can cut the line on that $48.5 million anchor keeping them down.

Danny Green isn't a scorer. He's a 3 and D guy, which every team needs to have in the modern NBA. Patty Mills is basically the same player as Lou Williams with a much better 3 point shot. Mills led all Olympic scorers, I believe. Guy can score when the reigns are taken off, but he has to play second fiddle to the fatboy, so he never gets a chance to shine.

Lou isn't a bad player, the signing just puzzles me. He makes you good enough to give away your lottery pick but not good enough to make the playoffs (same with Hibbert). The Lakers should've just signed D-Leaguers after they missed out on their FA targets.

Therein likes the problem with the Lakers FO mentality.
