ESPN reporting Boozer interested in a few destinations including Spurs. Too lazy to find the link.

This is old. These reports were surfacing before West even expressed interest in the Spurs.

I'll wait until someone posts on this for the third time tonight.

Not sure if serious but I'm leaving this thread now.

this shitty rumor was dead once West came aboard

if we were going to target a veteran big, i'd prefer nazr mohammed or jermaine oneal... we need guys that can play center and alter a shot here and there for 15 mpg

What Boozer did to the Cavs was just about as bad as what Jordan just did to Dallas. The only difference is that Cleveland was trying to make a wink-wink deal that they had no right to make. Still, Boozer did a sorry-ass thing.

I also think he'd come here believing that he should be inserted into the starting lineup, and start talking shit when it didn't happen. Stephen Jackson redux.

If too lazy to find a link, then perhaps just use an existing thread instead of posting a new one (on a topic that was raised days ago).

The Spurs are interested in telling him to go fuck himself.

It only takes one Boozer to infect an entire team.

Pop is out to destroy the "small ball" theme while keeping his players as fresh as possible. Diaw is probably not going to get a tick for the 1st half of the season considering his international duties thus Boozer can eat his minutes along w/ relieving D-West when he need to rest. Bobi is probably not going to play much unless it's against the mammoth centers & Tim will most likely get a handful of "DNP-Old" games. Basically, use Boozer to eat-up regular season minutes ala Blair.

If they are not going to bring back Ayres or Bonner then I would like to see them go with a hustle-type guy for the 6th big like Tyler Hansborough. He seems like the type that would do anything and everything for the team. You don't need all of your players to be scorers.

James Gist or Pops Mensa-Bonsu.

I'd rather bring back Cherokee Parks or Amal McCaskill, regardless of how old they are.
