But seriously, why so serious? It's just a sport, it has nothing to do with the citizens that are posting this crap... why not just go out and get a job, get laid with a bunch of different interesting people, go back to school, take a trip abroad, and/or fill out your days with more productive and interesting events? At least they have the Cowboys who are a championship contender to root for when it's football season.

My Mavs girlfriend back up in Carrollton, Marissa, just texted me saying she hopes DJ gets brain cancer. But since when does cancer develop out of thin air? That's what I'm wondering. Need to go back to Denton and make love to her, tbh...

The thing that makes me saddest is that Deandre is not an isolated case. He's a perfect example of a generation of parents -- particularly of athletes-- who don't parent. They serve. They don't teach character or morals. They don't train kids to be respectful and treat others well. They treat them like kings. They do their laundry and buy them cars. In the case of athletes, they treat their kids like investments. They serve them like slaves now and when the kid makes it pro, ma and pa get a house and a car. A retirement account. We have a generation of people who think lying is okay, that "ghosting" (as Deandre did today) is just fine. You don't have to show respect by communicating. You don't have to say please and thank you. That is incredibly rare in this generation and even rarer among professional athletes who were groomed since middle school. Dirk should be the norm, but he's not. He's the knight in shining armor for just being the respectful, normal dude that everyone should be. It's ridiculous and sad and I may have had a few alcoholic beverages.

It's the "greatest generations" (fault). They were the greatest but they did not take (us/boomers) with them. Instead they initiated the spirally divorce rate which has compounded and led to the decay that you "Preach" about, el.

@espn_macmahon: Chandler Parsons on DeAndre Jordan: "We plan on playing the rest of our career together."

:lmao:lmao

Dex
07-10-2015, 10:46 AM
New shots fired by Parsons:

“He’s complacent in L.A., and I think that was a safer bet than for him to make a big decision and branch off and go do his own thing. He was probably nervous. He was probably scared. I don’t know because I haven’t talked to him. He’s a good dude. I don’t think he’s a bad person for this. I think he’s just confused. This decision was just way too big for him and he wasn’t ready to be a franchise player.”

"How you make a business decision like that is beyond me. How you ignore an owner like Mark (Cuban) who is in your hometown just waiting for a chance to talk to you is beyond me."

"Be a professional. Pick up the phone," Parsons added. "If you're not going to meet with him, pick up the phone and tell the guy that you're committed to what you're feeling, what you're going through and maybe he can talk it out and help you. But do not ignore the guy. Do not make him sit there and sweat it out. That's just very unprofessional. I can't get over that part."

Guess they aren't BFFs anymore. :cry

The greatest generation gave the boomers one of the greatest economies, opportunities out the ass, and, more importantly, a middle class; the boomers squandered that and have been fucking over later generations since. Boomers could go to college and pay for it with a part time job; now? LMAO. They've pissed away all the wealth and half of them don't have a retirement, which is why they're still working, which is contributing to the later generations not being able to find as many jobs. Throw in the fact that they're still desperately trying to hold onto power and fuck everyone over, putting personal gain first. Boomer generation will go down as one of the shittiest.

The so called greatest generation is an Orwellian lie considering they are actually the worst generation ever. They're the ones who opened the gates to all of this cuckery and fought against the white race in ww2.
