Now with addition of West/LMA/Boban, it could be said only Diaw is the only meaningful minute guy who is below average rebounder for his size (Kawhi/Green/Manu even Tony is great in his position)..Last year we were 4th best defensive rebounding team (%) and 9th overall..I think we are going to kill it on the glass and under the basket..

In traditional sets the Spurs will pretty much always have two quality bigs to go along with Leonard, who is an above average rebounder at the wing. Also, D West may focus more on rebounds if his offensive role in the system is limited. I can see this team improving their rebounding numbers. Whether it's enough to be number one, I don't know.

The Spurs will never been the best rebounding team in the league due to Pop's system but they shouldn't have any issues on the defensive boards.

You think Pop ever adjusts his mentality towards offensive boards, going forward?

We used to have a small back court long ago. Tony hill Manu. We could change it this year.

Doubt it. The fact that the league is getting even faster paced makes transition defense much more important. If anything, Pop will probably demand even less effort spent trying to get offensive boards.
