He blows. Ohio state PG for years. Can't score or pass. Highly touted in HS due to aau, can't dictate pace.

Flip side, no character issues and would work on defense. Let him bd a practice player

I had forgotten about him. They drafted a PG in Delon Wright and another guard in Norman Powell. Possible they just sign him to their D'league club, you are right.
