Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook worked out together on UCLA's campus on Monday with Billy Donovan in attendance. Durant and Westbrook went through individual shooting and skill drills.
On Tuesday, the trio were joined by several teammates and support staff.
Among those confirmed in attendance: Durant, Westbrook, Donovan, Serge Ibaka, Nick Collison, Steven Adams, Anthony Morrow, Dion Waiters, Kyle Singler, D.J. Augustin, rookie Cameron Payne, assistant coach Monty Williams and Blue coach Royal Ivey.
Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka organized the voluntary workouts.

KD must be finally healthy again. This could shake up the WC. They already have chemistry. They have playoff experience. They have youth, size, and athleticism. If healthy, lookout BNSFags. :downspin:

KD will probably have chronic foot problems

Spurs just have to avoid them. Golden State will eliminate them.

Obviously. The only thing stopping the Thunder is Durant's foot. Foot injuries are the beginning of the end in the NBA, but maybe Durant gets lucky.
DurantS foot is the issue. Westbrook saying healthy is a question mark as well. They'll be contenders with those two healthy, of course.
I don't think there is a team that has some big advantage over the spurs though. They just have a wide variety of matchups to use with one of the best chess players in the game.
LA is a top 10 player. It's like adding another Kawhi Leonard or Duncan to the starting lineup. That's a pretty big dynamic, and the spurs already matched up well with OKC.

OKC is a threat no doubt. But they are now a better matchup for us, Durant injury, LMA drawing serge out of the paint, reggie jackson and fisher gone.
Laker fans grasping at straws or should I say other teams' dicks in fear :lol

So they are wearing themselves out before the season even starts. Sweet!!!
They must be really scared of the WC to be holding team workouts this early.

They're definitely a threat, but I'll be interested to see how the KD/Westbrook dynamic plays out... that team's biggest issue the past few years has been # of shots and shot selection, and that only looks to get more attention after Russ got the opportunity to be the unchallenged #1 option for most of last year. Add to that the looming KD free agency, which they'll both be asked about continually, and it's sort of a tailor-made situation for internal tension...

OKC can be scary good as the currently are if KD is healthy. If they add any pieces that matter, they are super stacked. West is going to be crazy next year.

I thought coaches can't "purposely" be in attendance for any off season workouts until training camp?
KD will probably have chronic foot problems

Every Laker fan wants that,,,Duncan wins his 6th and can you imagine the weight applied on the repeat crutch by Laker fans?,,,,its all you would have,,,the crutch would strain,,,bend,,,creak,,,hell, laker fan would be scrambling for duct tape to fix it on the fly,,,

You have to gamble $100 + million that he won't have any long term foot problems. Good
thing he has to play this season on the repaired foot. Teams can see how it holds up.....

He already won his 6th. He just has a 2nd 5th to show for it. All those poor humps down at the arena watchin' the big screen June of '13,,,brought a canned good, a non perishable, or, gently used adult toy in good faith.

Thre is healthy and then there is fully recovered. Lisfranc injuries can wreck the flexibility of your foot.

Yep. Not uncommon to lose lift. Not that he still won't be a top 20 player, but the jury is still way out on whether he can be a top 2 player again.
