Cheap a$$ Spurs Championship DVDs??

are u guys having trouble w/ur championship dvds? mine is already skipping and it's just the second time I'm trying to watch it!!

I'm gonna have to download it to my pc so I don't lose it

sounds like you need to either:
1) clean the DVD or player
2) buy a progressive scan or quality player

I have played the DVD over 20 times with no ill effects
If your player cannot play DVD+R (recorded) disks than more than likely your player sucks

NO! it should though. It just has the recaps of all playoff series and some bonus features that focus on players, etc. In my opinion it's barely worth it.

My DVD works fine. I have watched it 5 times I think. Plus it was sitting on the table for a few days out side of its case with the shiny side down. Yet it still plays just fine. Maybe yours got scratched badly, or your DVD player is whats cheap.

if you can get it at Diamond Shamrock still for cheap then yeah, but for more than 19.99, kinda iffy, but then again, it could be $100 and I'd still buy it, since it is the Spurs!!!! :lol

I just have to have all the championship merchandise, i love my 99 VHS, my 03 DVD, and 05 DVD, i wouldn't feel complete without them. I wouldn't feel I would have a complete set without any one of them. And as long as the Spurs still keep rolling, I'm prepared to buy the 4th, 5th, 6th edition and so on! :smokin

I'd still buy it. It's pretty good. It has a recap of the entire postseason, series by series. It also includes a special Tony Parker: Anklebreaker feature, the Tim Duncan feature from the NBA Inside Stuff edition where he goes back to the VI, a Manu feature, Bruce Bowen's postseason experience (which is kinda cute), some George Gervin stuff which I skipped as well as some POP and Beno basketball tips (which I also skipped), the entire 4th quarter of Game 7, and the Parker and Manu commercial.

It's worth it just for the memories :)

Some of the materials (dye's) used for burnt DVD's can cause problems. Make sure you don't have lot of scratches on it..
