Schumer was hawkish on the Iraq war as well and repeated the Netanyahu "Saddam nuclear boogeyman" mantra. Now Bibi is back with the same buzzwords (only this time substituting Iran for Iraq) and Schumer starts parroting Netanyahu again. Some people don't have the memory span of a goldfish and see where this is headed lol.

I think Schumer only came out against the deal because they didn't need his vote to prevent a veto. My money's on Barry getting his deal.

Repugs want war with Iran to continue their war on Muslims and enrich the MIC. Peace with Iran is the last thing Repugs/MIC want.

Schumer is from NY. It's the jewish capital in America... it would be political suicide for him to go any other way...

Yeah and he is dem senate leader now. Reid is retiring and they put Schumer to the chair over Durbin right?

That dude is bought and paid for. I really wish the conservatives around here were more savvy and go more that way as opposed to the Obama and now Hillary fixation. That weeble from WA. Reids going away now but so many well deserving candidates in Dem ranks.

What kind of logic is this? You do realize the majority of Jewish Americans SUPPORT the Iran deal, right?

And when you look at liberal Jews, which is the primary constituency of Schumer, it is even more heavily weighted towards approving the deal? You are aware that Schumer is a democrat and the majority of his Jews are liberals, right?

Not AIPAC, who pays the politicos.

I'm perfectly fine. I'll stick around.

He has more than enough money, no primary challenger, and no chance in hell he loses his seat this year. With, or without AIPAC/NRA/<insert lobbying group>

The bottom line is that he cares more about Israel than his own country. This is a tribal vote, not one of political expediency. For fuck sake, by pissing off the left so badly with this vote he's jeopardizing taking the reigns over from Reid.

:cry but AIPAC :cry

Quit being such a simpleton.

I don't particularly like what he did, but I certainly expected him to do just what he did.

you'd be making a terrible mistake by generalizing Jews in terms of world policies.

Weird as it might sound, but the Jews are fore runners on both liberal and some conservative ideas.

They pull the string on either sides..Makes you wonder if everything is just a game to them
