He brags all the time about taking advantage of the system in order to win. Is there any discussion or thought about the possibility that he is trying to sabotage the Republicans? Intentionally trying to not get the nod from the Republicans so he can run as an independent and give the election to the Democrats?

Disagree. If he was a liberal he could easily beat out shillary for top Democrat position. He's most likely a conservative imo

Not sure. The only policy positions he has really spelled out are pretty liberal -- e.g., tax the shit out of the rich to save entitlements.

If he were a liberal, I doubt he could beat Hillary for democrat's nomination unless he spent a ton of his own money which I doubt he would.

Why not. Trump is not one to shy away and put his money in his projects. Not to mention shikkary herself is putting in a lot of her money.
