This is going to be discussed ad nauseum over the course of the next several months. Have fun west coast people. We here in Texas had our fun in May.

Great for drought, but there is going to be tons of floods with the dry land that's present in California.

Is it related to global warming homies?

:lol if its coming from the oceans then it means its not CO2. OCEANS drive temperature.

El Nino brings the most rain to us in fall/winter...we might have plenty of fun in front of us too.

there certainly is Perfect Storm out in CA of predictions of disaster.

They're right in the middle of "re-naturing" the LA river, looks great so far, could all be destroyed with heavy runoff, like the SA river re-naturing was destroyed a couple years ago.

Just shows the proportions

I guess if you think CO2 is like arsenic (I've actually seen the comparison made on this board, lol), then you would see any CO2 contribution as a serious problem. El Niņo has existed prior to the industrial revolution, FYI.

Wow such a surprise. Darrin is going back to a position he once renounced. Before he didn't dispute AGW as real but rejected any significant negative impact. Now human emissions are insignificant because of magic rice grains of false equivalence again.

How fun! Merchants of doubt thinking!

My argument has always been about proportion and significance

It's not like the EPA didn't tell anyone.

They certainly took their time telling New Mexico tho.

They certainly took their time telling New Mexico tho.How long? I don't know the timeline. I would think that once the Animas River is mentioned someone in NM might figure it out.

You're making the natural variation argument. It is what it is for all your dissembling horseshit.

They certainly took their time telling New Mexico tho.Just looked. One day is too long, I agree. I don't know how long it took to get to the Animas.
