wiki says they did it all as a joke.
but then poster says they opened for Priest.

There were two Godz groups. One was in the late 60s. The later 70s group (the one mentioned by Mouse, and me) was around for a bit, and were a pretty good heavy group. they were played constantly on KMAC/KISS in San Antonio. They came in concert a couple of times.
