Bayer didn't play bad, but as the game went on they clearly suffered from the CL-qualifier against Rome. Douglas Costa is a beast, and comparing to the money english teams pay for their trades the 30M Bayern transferred to Donezk look like a bargain.

Bundesliga is routinely Top 3 in UEFA Champions League performance. It's a shame Dortmund isn't participating but Wolfsburg will perform well and Bayer might qualify for Knockout Stage also
