Note: The list only counts a player's top grossing season; otherwise, Tim would roughly have seven or eight slots.

Those numbers need to be adjusted to 2015 dollars bc Robinson can't be THAT far behind.

14.8 million in 1999 is probably equivalent to Kobe's 24 million this year.

I'm surprised that Tony is so low on this list. He could have made bank with the Knicks or some other team with money to burn as recently as two or three years ago if getting paid was the top priority for him. It's clear that he values being a part of the spurs franchise more than that, which is cool.

No, but he was better than 13-14 and 14-15 Porker both of which would be in the Top 10 with a $12.5M salary.

But 2009-2010 Tony Parker is the one on this list. Don't try to pretend Dick fucking Jefferson has contributed more to this franchise than Tony Parker. Just stop. You douche bags can't go one thread without somehow turning it into a Tony Parker thread.

But if we modified the list to include multiple seasons by one player 14-15 Parker wouldn't make it. Good try though. :toast

True but atleast all the guys (other than Dick) that would be in front of 14-15 Rique earned their paychecks.

Well yea, they are all top shelf players though, so no shame in that. Whatever spin you want to put on it Dick Jefferson is the most overpaid spur ever if we are being honest and not trying to further an agenda.

Nope. Dick was a disappointment and overpaid but he wasn't ever the worst statistical player at his position in the playoffs. He also knew his role and never took 21 shots in a Game 7 even though he was shooting like 30% for the playoffs. He was simply average to below average when we were all expecting an all-star. 14-15 Rique OTOH was the worst of the worst and 15-16 Rique should be just as bad if not worse unfortunately.

Nope he was quite a bit below average. His bpm stats look very close to 13-14 tony Parkers. 13-14 Tony Parker was actually a bit better. Or if we use the per stat. Which is another pretty widely used advanced metric Tony Parker is far and away better than Dick Jefferson, Even last year.

2008-2009 Tony parker, the one on this list was actually one of Parkers best statitical years according to your advanced stats you love so much.
