Should have drafted Mett. Mallete has physical tools but is a mental midget. Hoyer is meh.

Only Houston football can ruin your Monday before a meaningful snap is ever played. Be sure you pay your respects to my liver before leaving.

The skins used to do this to me every year until I stopped giving a fuck and stopped buying into the big name offseason acquisition hype used to generate interest

this is the least I've cared entering a footba season in a long time tbh

Im giving O'Brien the benefit of the doubt. He won 9 games with Fitzpatrick and made him have a 95 passer rating.

I thought Mallett would be more than he is. I never worried much about the team signing Hoyer because I always thought he'd be the backup. Well once the rubber hit the road we find out that all we have on the team is backups because Mallett couldn't play well enough to beat Hoyer out. No Foster, no QB...this offense is going to be a dumpster fire. As good as it is, I don't even know if the defense can save this team. They are going to spend the whole fucking game on the field.

That's why they should have taken an RB in the draft. Foster never stays healthy. That is on them. Blue is hot garbage.

Well this fucking sucks. I recently heard Hoyer say that his game has a "take what the defense gives him" approach. In other words, don't expect him to make plays to to win you games.

He's basically a Fitz reboot. Fitz might actually be better.

He was brought in to basically be a game manager just like Fitzpatrick.

Yeah...he wasn't clutch...but healthy Schaub is better than the dogshit currently occupying the QB spot. I'd rather see if Schaub could overcome his clutch demons instead of relying on Fitzpatrick Jr. and the Lurch the Entitled Faggot who can't beat him out.

Decision isn't looking so bad now tbh. And no, Fitzpatrick isn't as good. Mechanics and stats aside, Fitz even had a worse demeanor about him. Unenthused and completely unphased even when he made a bad play. Hoyer is a little younger, better career so far, and actually seems like he wants to be there and improve

They had a weak secondary and Johnson is looking great. There's always more holes to fill

Despite what people say about Foster, he has been a great RB. It really does suck to see all of these injuries - especially non contact. Jordy, Dez, Charles & now Foster.

I know HOU fans are probably tired and ready to move on, but Foster has been a talented bright spot for a lot of years. RIP

Any NFL back with over 6000 yards with a 4.5 average per carry, is a stud. He always reminds me of Chris Warren, he has that "glide".
