What do you typically take?
I've got one next week and needing some ideas.
I was thinking of baked ziti with sausage.

My go to though is "pinwheels". Take a spinach wrap spread some sandwich spread on there havarti cheese add turkey and whatever veggies roll em up cut em up and put them on a plate. I use toothpicks but you don't have to.

I do a cold pasta salad. Boil the pasta and let it slightly cool. Add in Italian Dressing (can be low fat). Dice tomatoes small, chop black olives and sprinkle in Feta.

Very easy, cheap and really solid dish.

Yeah but I make different kinds. Use different meats, spreads, etc.

Mine taste better and they fly off the tray.
