He is definitely a formidable intellect. I disagree with his pandering to the far right on social issues but he is certainly not alone in that in this field.

he's a shitty politician, saying incredibly stupid shit that might win the extreme fringe, but the fringe, supporting Trump and Carson now, don't want them to be President. and he'll NEVER be president.
