5 star game of the week: Rice at Texas (-15.5)
Line currently at 15.5 and dropping. $100 in UT to easily cover.

4 star play: Hawaii at Ohio St (-38)
I'm not sure Hawaii scores a touchdown. Could easily see this being 63-3. $50

3 star: Oklahoma at Tennessee (even)
I don't buy that Tennessee is "back". OU by two TDs, imo. $25

3 star: Ball St at Aggy (-30)
could be a 30-17 type game. Should be a 70-10 type game. $25 on aggy.
Kansas State @ UTSA (+21)
easy money tbh

Seriously?
You think Notre Dame is THAT good?
The game I watched was, unbelievably enough, worse than ANY game we played last season. Including BYU and Arkansas.
Rice has an experienced QB and we can't even touch the QB except on all out blitz. Our D- line is as bad as our offensive line. Our secondary... did they knock down even one pass? We had LBs covering wide outs. Malik Jefferson and Burt were about the only guys who made plays and they are true freshman who were wandering around on more than one occasion.
When did Rice go Division III?

That Notre Dame game reminded me of when Notre Dame was playing SMU after the death penalty and Lou Holtz told his players to not score again.

I don't think UT is that bad. And it's Rice. And it's in Austin.
We'll see.

LSU -3 over Miss State. Tempting.
Current line is +17. Not so easy tbh.
Hmm it went down then. Still we're winning the game so +17 is still a good deal imho.

Rice has like 3 bowl trips and CUSA title the past three yrs. Not saying they'll win but they're not just Rice anymore.

One other thing your line has going for you is this game is huge for UT.
What did you see in the ND game that makes you think UT is capable?
That ND game was a huge beat down. The score does not come close to describing the game.

Gray only getting 8 carries.
UT still has much better talent than Rice. I think everyone is knee jerking and freaking out on one road against a top ten, possibly top four team. The Horns aren't very good but they're not Kansas either.
I could be completely wrong, but I don't think so.

So I do not bet on games......but I am curious to one thing.....
I see Michigan St. is a 3 pt favorite, since they are -3.
Can someone please explain the difference between these 4 scenarios.
Take MSU and the points
Take MSU but give Oregon the points
Take Oregon and the points
Take Oregon but give MSU the points

When you take a team and the points, you're betting the underdog ie you're taking Oregon and the 3 points
opposite in giving points, Michigan State -3.
You don't take an underdog and give the favorite points.
