Looks like Mike Miller will become available.
Could help replace the 3point shooting we lost at the wing position in Marco

He'd make a better coffee runner than Gerald Wallace. Call him up.

They should make a rule that it is prohibited to sign any of the members of the Heat's 2012-13 roster.
Even Lebron.

Heatles won that series

True, but I was talking about Mike Miller's memory getting trashed by Kawhi. To the other thing, after 2014 I got over it like any rational Spurs fan should have done.

I was wondering when that dunk took place. When we lost or won, but I see someone mentioned 2013

And no, Mike Miller is done I'm afraid. We already have jimmer, who I think will shine more than what some people expect.

That happened in the first quarter of Game 6.

nah, 2014 was not the same

2013 was my last (graduating) year in high school. It was also spontaneous and exhilarating, being up 94 to 89 with 28.2 to play, that we were on the verge of taking down the mighty Heatles, the team that had oppressed everyone else for so long, the team whose dicks were sucked 24/7 by the media, the team that had won 28 games in a row in the regular season... that feeling was so amazing as ABC went to break. We were actually going to do it...just needed one more stop and/or a few free throws, and it was all over.

don't be a child, what only matter is if we won or lost, so that can't be good memory consider the most heartbreaking series ever, "winning is not the most important thing, it's the only thing!"(quote: not naive Pop obveasly)...

Do not drown us with your high school romanticism. If you got a personal attachment to that memory its your problem.

I like that dunk as a memory. If you don't is not my business.

Extraneous memories aside, taking down the mighty Heatles at their peak in exhilarating fashion >>>>>> blowing out a broken down version of them the next year in a relatively dull, short series.

You should write a letter to Pop and express your complaints instead.

Nahh, nothing will overcome the embarrassment of giving away a title in the most naive way of all time and losing in such stupid reason of not to foul...

I felt the same way. However I went through HS a long time ago :lol

Up 5 with 28 seconds left was amazing and unbelievable.
So proud to be rooting for this team at that point, and obviously sad at the eventual outcome.

But let's not put 2014 down, that was awesome too.

Well this thread got sidetracked, like so many others. Responding to the OP, with R.Butler signing today, I am not even sure there are training camp roster spots in the team TBH.

Yeah i had a misunderstanding with your point, you totally right, nothing will come close to those out of this world feelings in 2013 before game 6 and during the game that we might really gonna do it after all those years and with such amazing way and story against all odds with Duncam MVP... Yeah Year later was just not the same, not the same story, the soul was in damage and embarrassment from year before and you just couldn't felt the same like if you had won the year before...

Yeah. Duncan MVP and Popovich plays the final 28 seconds with no Duncan. You'd figure a 60-something year old coach would have had more respect for the horse that made his career, but I guess not.
