Good for Marco, tbh... Unfortunate that the Spurs just couldn't afford to pay everyone...

Wouldn't be surprised if he's back with the Spurs later down the road...

This. No way we keep Marco and can afford LMA. Hope to see Marco (and Tiago) back one day.

I think it was clear that Belinelli's game was get better over time. Spurs should have fed him the ball more during the Clippers series.

However, he plays in the same slot as both Green and Manu, so Spurs couldn't pay him premium. Glad he's with the Kings where he can't hurt us.

Pop shoulda let him off the leash like Manu, Belli woulda be chucking up GOAT shots like Manus passes tbh

Pop shoulda also forced Gino to retire and held onto Belli

It is only one game where the lowely Blazers thought they had the game in the bag.

Against a below average defensive team with one of the worst benches in the league, sure..we already saw how he plays in the playoffs during the Spurs' title run vs. teams like the Thunder and Heat, can't keep him on the court against teams that will exploit him, tbh..

Solid regular season player, though..he will definitely be missed for games in November to January..

Marco was great, but you're forgetting Patty going nuts.

And you're clearly hating if you don't think Tim showed up. He had his best series in like 8 years.

And?

He had a few hot shooting games in 1 series out of the 5 series' he played in as a Spur:lol..

Beli played in 30 playoff games as a Spur, I'd guess that he had about 5 good games out of the 30:(..it's all good, though, I enjoyed his time as a Spur during the regular season, his shooting and cutting will be missed..

He's probably going to be miserable playing with Rondo, Gay and Cousins, though:lol..

Green + Kawhi + Manu + Parker = 31 of 97 for 31% 3PT Shooting

Ferrari = 14 of 30 for 47% 3PT shooting

Man, TD was awesome in game 7. Those two free throws he hit at the end, I could see how locked in he was. He really wanted it bad. I can't believe how many bullshit/high degree of difficulty shots the Clippers hit in the 4th quarter of that game. I counted about 4. If they just missed one of those, we probably win the game.

Take away that ridiculous half court shot CP3 hit before halftime (or whenever it was) and we win the game

Yup he is still so much fun to watch! He's fearless and will take gutsy shots. Defense not withstanding, he has a tremendous offensive talent. If Marco is hot you can't stop him, and he doesn't go for long cold streaks. He might have an off game or two, but will come back in assassin mode next.

That's why Pop should have kept feeding him against the Clippers, instead he goes for the dumb hack-a-Jordan play right when Marco was really hot! FAIL!!!

You know, I wasn't on the Marco bandwagon because of his defense, but the guy really showed me something in the Clippers series. He wanted to win and he wasn't afraid to shoot the ball. He came to play and showed some real toughness out there. I would have been happy to have him back for a cheap contract, but not for what he got paid. Too much of a liability on defense to give him the amount of money that the Kings gave him.

The guy has that winner instinct and is clutch, his game probably at all time high now. He was mostly non-existent when Spurs won the championship though, but you could see last year that he was determined to make a difference.

Fortunately, Mills also has the instinct. I can't say the same of Anderson, I've seen him miss to many must make shots already.

Simmons is also clutch, what's suspect is his long range shot. I don't think he has that natural talent that Mills and Belinelli have.

With McCallum, he's better than Joseph, but I can't say yet if he can make it rain from 3 point land.

Ginobili is pretty much finished, I'll cringe every time he attempts a 3 pointer!
