Despite a generally negative evaluation of President George W. Bush's response to Hurricane Katrina, and increasing worries about the war in Iraq, Gallup finds that Bush's approval ratings are climbing, in contrast with every other major research polling service and news agency, RAW STORY has learned.

<snip>

Gallup has faced critics on the left; their samples tend to include more Republicans than other pollsters, even though there are more registered Democrats in the United States.

Gallup says this more accurately reflects the voting demographic of the country, saying more Republicans vote.

This is very sad that a country that claims to promote Democracy is being subject to this type of propaganda by a formerly national recognized polling outfit. There was nearly a fifty-fifty split in the last two National election (better than that if you follow the corruption in the last two National Elections) and Gallup has the audacity to claim that more Republicans vote.
