If AJ's jersey is hanging, Danny's should already be. Possibly Bonner's.

Danny and Aldridge are a lock if the bring in another Championship, I think Danny is 70/30 right now.

Probably so. Spurs don't seem to have that strict of criteria for retiring jersey numbers. With Avery's number retired I could see Verde's number retired some day.

Nah. Only Duncan, Parker, Manu and Leonard from this team. Aldridge is a Blazer who came to chase a ring ala Garnett and Green is a career role player.

AJ was definitely overrated, but he was a part of the first title team and a heck of a motivator and a big part of the SA community in the 90s. I don't think his jersey should have been retired, though.

I agree with you. The spurs are just don't seem to be that strict in their criteria fo retring jersey numbers.

Probably would take either another 5 years of significant contribution from Danny, or 1 more championship...so, I think it'll happen!:toast:flag:

If Danny plays here long enough, he'll definitely get his jersey retired. It's the Spurs we are talking about here.. The team that retired Avery Johnson and Johnny Moore's jerseys :lol
