LMA started that momentum that eventually carried through the third. He didn't even sulk like some wanker POS PG on that team would do if he's ignored on a momentum running game. I love it!...

He's still scared to shoot wide open jumpers on the elbow though. It will take time, but it's great to see that he can be a huge positive even when some wanker PG is trying to steal his light.

I just hope he had some fun tonight and is cool with the fact that he won't need to score or shoot much some games.

I imagine he'll get used to winning by double digits without having to put up 30+

Exactly.
Once he realizes he can contribute in a number of ways he will come to value his role.
Pop had to love him using his feet on D, blocking a shot, grabbing the ball for an outlet break. That's a great set of events on a single play.

Hope you're right and that he's looking at the big picture. I was happy to see Manu go out of his way to tap him on the head and high five him constantly on the bench. I'm not saying he's fragile but it is a major adjustment for him.

Getting better, also playing for the Spurs must have some kind of pressure for any player, good players good coach and you must fulfill their expectations.

It's obvious he's a little uncomfortable right now and trying to fit in. He should be fine with time though once these guys figure each other out. He's too good a player not to be.

Agreed and he saved some key possessions in the first half, too. Good all around game, especially when considering he was basically forced to freelance for most of the game.

Yeah, he's not been looking good, but he's giving a lot of effort and holding his own on defense.

OP needs to stop Parker bashing. Parker is a career Spur and OP should welcome that fact into his heart if he is a true Spurs fan. I do think Parker needs to step it up and do more, though.

An indication of the level of paranoia/fixation with the Frenchman.

He's here for the long haul. He doesn't like change, is closer to his family, etc. He's going to finish his career here. All this diva drama is the press TBH

Was nice to see the second efforts and putbacks and the defense - I thought he played some great defense on Lopez on a few possessions.
