As Chinook will tell you plus minus is an accurate description of player worth, value, and impact on a game from an individual standpoint. Tony Danny and the other Spurs starters all played better than Leonard

Strange that KL played a good game, better than almost all of his teammates, yet his +/- was lowest of all the starters. Man, it's almost like +/- isn't a good indicator of individual performance.

Too bad stats don't get misused, or mis-interpreted or misrepresented.
