Last year was different, I think we could all see that Leonard wasnt quite ready for that leadership role yet so its understandable that Tony took matters into his own hands and tried to be the alpha. But this year there is no question and with Aldridge being there Tony realizes his place as 4th banana in the starting group.

He'll pull a guy for literally rotating one and a half seconds late, let alone if someone takes over where Pop doesn't want him to. Whatever happens is by Popovich's design, as well as the team communicating. I mean they spell it out for you in the interviews; every Spur says what they do and what they plan is whatever works best for the team.
