SAN ANTONIO - Ozzy Osbourne is expected to be in San Antonio Thursday to apologize for urinating on the Alamo.

The incident happened back in 1982 before a concert at Hemisfair Arena.

According to media reports, Ozzy and his son Jack will stop by with crews from the History Channel.

No word on what time Ozzy is expected to show up, but the family is hoping the visit will not be a huge spectacle.

KSAT 12 will have more information on this story as it develops.

That made for TV movie on Def Leopard was great.

I think VH1 showed it.

We tried to get the same production company to do a similar Van Halen made for tv.
I know Ralph aka Michael Starr aka Roth impersonator.

I saw that. Started out with the wreck. Was pretty good.
They were great back in the day. High and Dry is a top 10 rock album then Pyromania. Getting rid of Pete Willis definitely changed their sound.
IIRC, Willis played guitar on Pyromania but got kicked out before the album was released.

I don't know if Van Halen has as good a story for TV. Bunch of rich dudes bickering. No real tragedy. Although maybe they could say that one of their kids fell out of a high rise or something.

For sure. I actually do not care for Van Halen.
Ralph is a character tho. Besides the Van Halen tribute band, for quite a while he was in Metal Skool now known as Steel Panther. Juvenile but some good parody on the metal hair bands. And when they want to they can really rock.

I'll check it out. I think I've seen Steel Panther listed as a comedy album on the Billboard. There was some other band a while back that was kind of a parody but they were actually pretty good. At least from a nostalgic sense.
Van Halen was awesome though. Musically. imo.

Steel Panther is damn good. Ralph and Russ could start a non comedic rock band and be even better than 90% of what is out there today.

Ya. They said they can't write music, that's why they never made it.
But i think, make that know a ton of huge commercial successful bands did not write their own stuff.
Lot's stole it from others. I think that is across the board rock rap pop.
