“Please keep me out of jail,” :lol Groubert asked the judge on Monday, who was considering a motion to revoke the bond from his previous charge.
The judge ended up modifying the bond, ordering Groubert to remain under house arrest with exceptions for work, court, doctor or church, according to Live 5 News. (http://www.live5news.com/story/30406442/former-state-trooper-sean-groubert-arrested-for-shoplifting)

That's an instance where the cop definitely obviously used excessive force, but why the fuck would you not tell the cop "yeah, it's in my car, let me pull it out"? It just seems like common sense to me.

That said, the cop is a disgrace for pulling the trigger. I could understand his fear, but they're paid and trained to be able to use discretion. Fuckin' moron should've been in prison for 10-15 years for that shit.

and just like that, the victim blaming is always in the first sentence in these caseshttp://i66.tinypic.com/33b0mdu.jpg

That was the first thing that happened in the video that was a key point, so I mentioned it first based on chronology. But, hey if it fits your agenda--basically that the "white man" is root cause of your and black peoples' problems (how's that attitude worked out for African Americans btw?)--to misrepresent what I said...

typical passive aggressive racist response from a suspected white supremacist. do you blame women and girls who are raped as well or do you save your victim blaming for blacks exclusively?

if you were basing your opinion chronologically, then the smart response would have been why would the cop ask the man to get out of the car for a simple traffic stop in the first place?http://i66.tinypic.com/33b0mdu.jpg

why didn't the cop ask the man to move away from he vehicle before asking for his license?http://i66.tinypic.com/33b0mdu.jpg

You can and should caution/educate people about taking a certain course of action if there's the possibility it can harm or kill them, and you can do so without being a racist or misoginist.

The reality is there are cops that are utterly incompetent, like this guy. The way you choose to interact with cops then on your part needs to account for the fact that: 1. There's the possibility he/she could suck at his job (you encounter this in any institution) and 2. You can get shot if he/she does suck at his/her job.

If you don't do what you can on your part to minimize such risks, then you have little common sense.

Failing to mention the victim's lack of common sense in these types of instances might not be PC, but if it was done on a large scale less people would be putting themselves at risk of getting shot because, whether you or liberals want to hear it or not, there's lessons to be gained from them.
