This years rookie class has been pretty damn impressive tbh. Probably one of the better drafts in recent memory.

How mad does Lakerfan have to be that their GM fucked up and picked a bust with all of this great talent.

Lakers FO/ownership are too incompetent to build through the draft..the last two picks have likely set them back another 5 years.IMO, they should get back to trying to rip disgruntled ready products off other teams (Cousins, etc..)a la Pau Gasol..Let Kobe go and hire a competent coach and hope to be semi-decent, then maybe someone like Westbrook could be enticed with the LA mystique like the good old days..

Reminds me a bit of the 2003 draft.

It's got multiple franchise type players in the lottery.
The top picks are still the best of the bunch.
The second picks are busts.
The third picks are scorers who aren't known for their defense or passing.
Some pick immediately out of the top three (wade at fifth and porzingis at fourth) are surprises who really benefited from the change in the game of the time.

You think Porzingis would not be an effective player in another era?

No. Not sure how you can interpret that from what I said.

I don't think he'd be as effectipve in another era though.
