To Pop half of the regular season games are scrimmages for the postseason. At the end of the day, as long as they win 70% of their games it's best to use the regular season to experiments w/ lineups & such. Teams don't get trophies in the regular season.

I am happy we saw Simms though and I love KYle. Only because Simmons has not gotten many chances at all to play and Kyle had a very good game last time and I think Pop wanted to give a chance to other guys. We will be so much better if we could rely on both when we need them. Rasual 36 and Manu 38. We need our young horses to get playtime too. I was actually a lot more surprised that Pop played Kawhi so much because last game he played 40 mins. That is too much in the long run, specially because this small ball is fast paced and it really wears you out for that long. Thus I am happy to see Simms.

With all the small ball most teams are playing in some form or another,we are likely to need all our perimeter players through the season.

He had one very nice sequence when Boris was working his man on the low post. West just stayed high and gave Bobo time to back his man into an uncluttered lane before moving down low where he tipped out the miss to a teammate. The ball worked its way back to West at the elbow where he nailed the shot. Nothing special, just good feel for the game.
