Simply too predictable for me. Let me guess the kid wins the big fight, right?

Hollywood needs to make a movie about Tom Molineaux who was a real life plantation fighter who won so much $$$ for his owner he was granted his freedom. He'd end up in England fighting for the World Championship.

Is this another boxing movie where every fucking punch that lands would be a knockout blow? How come Hollywood never puts jabs in boxing movies?

"The Floyd Mayweather Movie" doesn't seem like it would do well at the box office.

Hollywood just has no idea how to realistically depict sports. Every punch is a haymaker, every tackle in football is a de-cleater, every pass is a 60 yd bomb where the receiver makes a diving catch, every basketball shot is a dunk, every pitch is a 100mph heater and every hit is a grand slam.

I have never seen a fight where each guy should have been KO'ed 20 times. Most brutal fight I have ever seen was Gatti-Ward I where Gatti got in big trouble taking a movie style punch maybe 5 times.

Has your dumbass never seen the first Rocky movie? That type of ending would be predictable. Right?

Aside from boxing technique/style, movies make you feel like it's a real pay per view fight.. great filming tbh

B+ film

Out of a 100, id definitely give it a 89.5. Definitely worth the money to see.

Didnt think Stallone had enough real acting chops left but he dug deep and brought out a good performance.

I thought it was damn good. I wasnt expecting nearly as much. Michael B Jordan is the next big hollywood actor. Dude is about to skyrocket.

Appropriate that an actor named Michael Jordan would have a breakout performance in a movie about a kid with a familiar name building his own legacy.

Side note... Rocky's kid is kind of a shitty son. Through all that, he never visits?

Michael B Jordan played a black kid with dreads on All My Children if memory serves

They were really scared of him because he was the only black guy on the show and he had dreads

If one had not seen much of the previous Rockies could the Creed storyline be picked up easily enough?
