...to Clinton's gonads of there's a verifiable end to North Korea's nuclear ambitions! And, Iran's to boot!

It's early but, this is certainly more promising and comprehensive than Jimmy Carter's handshake deal with Kim Jong Mentally-Ill back in '94.

What did Carter give North Korea that W likely didn't? What guarantees do we have that North Korea won't just drop out of this deal again after it has received it's light water reactor? How do we know that North Korea doesn't already have 5-6 nuclear weapons and is now willing to compromise because they have acheived their defensive goals? Wasn't the IAEA in charge of inspecting North Korea's nuclear program before Bush41 broke the original deal? Exactly what's different?
