Leonard just can't seem to go significant stretches without missing a game, which is one of the many reasons why they need to upgrade fourth wing.

I'm surprised Duncan is being rested though, particularly in light of Leonard not playing. I suspected Pop would try to play Duncan, Ginobili and to a lesser extent, Parker, as little as possible to secure the victory and wait until the Hawks game to sit Duncan and Ginobili.

Guys, Kawhi has the shits. It happens...no need to make up secret Pop strategies or discuss further.

This...

Gastroenteritis = diarrhea and/or vomiting
Upper respiratory infection = common cold

There's nothing strange or "unorthodox" about these things. People get sick occasionally. If they were playing a decent team, he might have dressed for either of these games. But they weren't, so he rested up. No big deal.

If Kawhi increases his production and shut down Curry in their matchup, it is still possible.
