I'm sure it would work. what is your use scenario? Home defense? Any good quality auto or pump does the job in that scenario. You can pick up good used hardware under $300 if you look.

If you want something cheaper you could look into the Escort tactical

http://www.tactical-life.com/firearms/escort-mp-sa-12-ga/

I don't have any experience with it but it seems to have good reviews. I did buy my wife an Escort "Muddy Girl" 20ga semi years ago and it's a really nice inexpensive gun. She has put a couple hundred rounds through it and it has operated flawlessly every time.

Never seen or read a post here or anywhere on the net that was made with as much carelessness and little empathy as this one.

I was expecting something completely different from what I saw. Assummed it'd be a hog kill or something since your remark was so casual and without warning. Turns out I was wrong. Both about the picture and the fact that I was taking cues from a "normal" person.

Also, additionally I've gathered enough from some of your posts before (which only drew red-flags from me when I read them, since having worked in a mental clinic before, I have a good sense of how to spot, and am sensitive to being made aware of, psychiatric & pyschological disorders & features) to have a reasonable suspicion you have some form of sociopathy.

Here is how stupid these fucks are here in California. We had to install bullet buttons on the mag release so that a tool had to release the magazine instead of your finger. This was done to slow down the time it takes to reload. Now these dipshits want to ban those as they say the bullet buttons are installed to make magazine changes rapid. WTF :lol you can't make this shit up.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Another California bill seeks to close a legal loophole that allows firearms to include “bullet buttons” to rapidly exchange empty ammunition magazines for full ones.

The Senate bill announced Wednesday by Democrats Steve Glazer of Orinda and Isadore Hall of Compton joins similar legislation introduced last week in the Assembly.

TheSanityAnnex

For every new bill they propose I'll buy another lower.

Picked up two lowers yesterday for the two new bills, and a pistol cause why not.

http://i1311.photobucket.com/albums/s679/thefuzzylumpkins/liberty_zpsgaa1tjau.jpg

Shot the CZ P01 pistol last night and it's awesome. Have always been a Sig Sauer guy but I may be switching my loyalties to CZ. Only pistol available to civilians that has passed the NATO testing.

"The P-01 was accepted after almost three years of testing and development. What CZ did to win the bid is something that few (how about zero?) designs have ever had to go through before greeting the buying public. For a military gun, sure, but in this case, the general public gets the same gun, same design and same specs as the police and military.

For instance, according to the information supplied by CZ, the gun had to withstand 4,000 dry-firings, 3,000 de-cockings, operator-level disassembly and re-assembly 1,350 times, complete disassembly (all the way down to pins and springs) 150 times, 100-percent parts interchangeability, a 1.5 meter drop test (54 times) on concrete, three meter drop test, firing after being frozen at -36 F for 24 hours, firing after being submerged in mud, sand and combinations--and after having been stripped of all oil. The service life must exceed 15,000 rounds of P 9mm ammo and indeed, testing revealed the P-01 has exceeded 30,000 rounds with ball 9mm.

The reliability requirement protocol was particularly astounding. Set at 98.8 percent (.2 percent) failure rate, this was tough-enough for any gun. This equals 20 stoppages per 10,000 rounds, or 500 "mean rounds between failures" (MRBF). During testing, the average number of stoppages was only seven per 15,000 rounds, or .05 percent failure rate. This translates to a MRBF rate of 2,142 rounds. That happens to be about five times the minimum acceptable rate for the U.S. Army, which is set at 495 rounds for 9mm pistols with 115 gr. ball ammo. "

That 9 is a nice pistol but I've got big hands and am more partial to double stack 45's. I've got a P12 that feels to me like your new CZ feels to you. It just hits whatever it looks at.

Depends. A M4A1 is 6.36# empty and a HK416 is 6.51#. The 416 is clearly a superior weapon. That's why all the US special forces use the 416 or 417.

I had always shot with just the bead and I finally got around to buying a ghost ring rear sight and I don't know why I waited so long. So much easier to shoot, especially being that I shoot right handed and am naturally left eye dominant. It's taken a long time to train my right eye to be dominant when shooting and the ghost ring makes it even easier.

It was meant to show that your logic here is dumb as fuck and dishonest. I doubt very much you'd be defending his behavior in real-life. A convo about guns doesn't give anyone the green light to trick you into seeing a dude's head blown off.

FWIW, I've seen worse in real life, so this idea that I'm a faggot because I can't handle it is moronic. If anything I'm disensitized to it. But I'm not arguing the point on behalf of myself.
Your logic got you killed "in real life"
Shotguns blow brains out, green light reality. Stop being a faggot.

My logic wasn't killed. But apparently, you are alright setting extremely different codes/standards of conduct here as opposed to real life. I view that as faggoty. I say what I want in real-life, as I do here, because I think your being a fruitcake otherwise.

I'm highly suspicious of your claim you'd pull the trigger. You'd have to have balls to do that, and people who only act in certain ways because internet anonymity allows them to, don't have balls. Who are you kidding?

Realize you and your topic were history to me about three weeks ago--where I complained, and didn't actually whine (but if it makes you feel better to call it that then suit yourself) but you get alerts as to who responds to you. I answer them after I get done working, because it's entertaining to me. All ll I'm doing is amusing myself. I think you're hilarious, and I think TSA is hilarious. I get a good laugh before bed. If you wanna call my state of amusement "whining", 'cause it makes you feel better, then again suit yourself.

Not if you use a slug or buck shot. Plenty of people hunt with those. Plus you can use a shotties for getting rid of invading hog or coyotes.

You would never kill a dove or a number of other birds.

I don't hunt birds myself but I do wait for them at the table.
Dove and quail in South Texas, yum.

I have it set to whatever the default is. I've never tinkered with any of that stuff.

You dream your insignificant little ass you had the power to make me butthurt. Hell, I'd give you permission to shoot my ass if ever let a guy on the Internet, no less a guy named "CosmicCowboy" who's sociopathic and fetishizes death pics, ever even in the slightest made mad.

I agree. I prefer to use my Gandalf staff and the birds present themselves in a bath of broth with a side of collared greens.
