If your dumb ass is stupid enough to put that 1/2 gas 1/2 paint thinner in your car ? then be ready to have to fix your motor.

I saw On Tv how many of those Indian owned gas stations use a cheap gas that will ruin your motor.

2.39 was the price of gas when I last filled up. I'm at about a quarter tank now...it's a sign. I said to myself I would not fill up till gas prices were about there or less.

New Guilbeau Rd. just south of 1604.

If you didn't know where it was to begin with, you probably weren't gonna go.

With housing density like that, TX must be running outta space, no?

That looks like New Jersey opposite NYC, around Newark airport, not TX.

Well, that picture is a tiny area on the far northwest side of San Antonio.

Just looking via Google Earth, the housing density of the land borders by 410 to the south, 151 to the west, Bandera Rd. to the east and 1604 to the north is exactly like that of the picture I posted.

Most of that area is called the "Great Northwest" and part of the "Westplex" is included in the land area I described.

Man, $2.39 is cheaper than what you get on the southside ($2.49).

2.45/gal at the two stations on acme and old hwy 90.

I guess with the impending Hurricane that will be the lowest it will get. I forgot about it till a couple hours ago when I heard on the radio the oil companies are predicting higher prices. Although it hasn't hit, I'm sure you will see prices go up sooner rather than later.

I guess in our neighborhood gas is relatively low. Not just the place in this thread, but all the places I noticed yesterday were in the $2.39-2.45 range.

Kori, one of the cheapest in our areas is the Exxon at Bander and Braun.

When is the gas expected to increase? I need to fill up today before that hurricane.

I wouldn't wait...not related to the hurricanes but I have seen stations change prices in the middle of the day...actually right before rush hour...maybe it had to do with them receiving a fresh delivery and were adjusting prices. However these weather patterns have IMO caused station owners to take advantage and change prices even on gas in the ground which has already been paid for.

Unfortuantely I have to wait till I get off of work at 5pm. But I will go immediately.

I filled up at Walmart right after work at $2.57 @ 5:30 and it was at least 2 cars deep at each pump ... Chris went by there at about 9:00 and it was $2.67.

This morning it was $2.49(9/10) at the HEB at I-10 and Wurzbach. Up the road a bit at the Exxon at Wurzbach and NW Military it was in the $2.50s ($2.56 maybe?).

I'm used to the Exxon being deserted when I go by at the ungodly hour I do...but this morning, probably 3/4 of the pumps had a car next to them. Same with the HEB.

Last night the stations I passed were either full or shut off...

I got it for $2.47 after work yesterday and waited in a line for like 10 minutes. I filled up both of my cars. HEB on Jackson-Keller and West Ave.
