We play on the 26th, so the Friday game is a likely punt night.

need a far better outing from LMA ,tbh.he often beasts against them..Rockets are coming off a tough loss in Orlando..i think we should go all in with our starters and rest Manu and TD vs the Nuggets at home on the day after..

I was thinking the same beat the hell out of the rockets and just cruise at home vs den

LMA hates Dwight/Blake so he goes at them w/ vengeance :lol; Ibaka should also now be on the list b/c they had a skirmish last season.

After Kawhi checks Harden, I'm not sure there's anyone on that roster playing any type of consistent ball. Spurs should win that game. Though I feel like Harden loves to play San Antonio.

They don't also have Beal so he should be alright.

I think league rules require a day before fly out so that the team is in place that day, and also so if anything comes up, like weather, they have the fallback day to travel. I think this came up when the NBA scheduled a game in Indy on Super Bowl day. The visitors literally could NOT find hotel rooms for Sat night. The league OKd a game day fly in under those circumstances.

so do the Warriors travel a day ahead to Sacrmento, which is 97 miles away from Oakland? :lol San Antonio-Houston is the second shortest distance between two NBA cities at 197 miles..the flight is barely 40 minutes..with check-in/checkout in private jet arrangement, the whole thing is probably 2 hours time...

I would guess the answer would be yes.

good thing we don't play too far from home on Xmas with b2b looming..Spurs probably travel on Friday for this.. I believe that was the plan to return to SA after Los Wolves and then go to Houston. I read somewhere that it's NBA rules to be there the day before and not travel the day of the game though. Not sure if it's bullshit.

Just saw this. Still think they flew home last night to be with family for the day. Guess they'll go to Houston tonight.

It's Corey Brewer that goes off randomly against the Spurs:lol. Ariza is Danny Green status this season, tbh.

Houston plays no defense. As long as we're hitting shots we should be ok.

Nothing about leaving the old guys in San Antonio for the front end of the B2B. Looks like everyone will be available.

I won't be surprised if Houston pulls a competitive effort out of their asses, but there's no reason why the Spurs shouldn't ape them. They've shown little signs of improving since going into free-fall a month ago.

This is is a Spurs road game against a lesser opponent, however, and we all know that means someone will probably erupt for a career game against them.

This. It's uncanny but the Spurs lose about 6-8 games a year because random scrub "X" goes off.
