--Lithuania are much more experienced and well rested than France.

--Germany is more tested playing against tougher teams w/in their group (Group A) than Slovenia. Dirk is the mvp thus far, so you can't really deny him putting stats on this game. It will be a close game, but I think Germany will take it.

It's pretty obvious that Slovenia = Slovenia Only and France = France Only.

This isn't a real bookie. As you can tell, the odds for all 4 options are the same. If they were real (and different) odds for each option then you could lobby for clarity.
