Actually, doesn't the Guadalupe River go right through Victoria to the bay? That's not good. My thought are that the Hurricane will strike just North of the bay so Victoria will be on the West side of the Hurricane. I also expect it to go back down to a CAT4 by the time it strikes land.

I mentioned before that I think it will strike at a CAT4. The map was not for determining wind speed at strike time, but what direction I think the Hurricane is headed and if you've seen the new projection maps they all have one thing in common, they all intersect at that same exact spot...

Normally takes ~2 hours. Maybe a little more. Given the conditions thats kinda good. My mom got to Austin in a little over 2 hours, and she stopped a couple times. Normally it takes 2 hours.

The thing about Victoria, is that it takes ~2 hours to get to every major city except Dallas/FW of course

This one dude on WOAI was talking to a reporter from their sister station in Houston, and he was saying how he and his wife and family are staying. Tap water is easily contaminated.. it does not store as long.. unless you process it yourself so that no bacteria get's into the bottles. You can store it for a couple weeks but not years like properly bottled water.
