I've figured out what the meaning of that statement really means...
"Just wait a couple of months or years" = "wait until washed up SG trying to relive the 2000's retires"
These young-ins might not recover from Kobe's cancerous impact

well obviously the lakers drafting him was a boneheaded decision and dbust can't do anything about it. He can still become a solid shooter, maybe a 6th man. That would be something i guess..

This kid is destined to be elite and better than anyone in his draft not named Towns. A lot of crow will be eaten and a lot thread bumping will be done.

D'Bust won't be a "bust" but he won't be a game changer for the Lakers. Provided he stays healthy, he'll be a solid PG for years to come, an Andre Miller/Sam Cassell level player, which isn't bad, but probably not worth the 2nd pick. Mudiay might see a higher peak. Porzingis is Dirk with defense, and Okafor probably winds up an Al Jefferson type player, but that's still better than an Andre Miller level player :lol
Randle is hot garbage, though.
:lmao admitting he's a bust right now. :lmao

He's having a better season than Tony Parker did at 19.

You realize 20-30 percent of D'Bust's minutes have come in garbage time, right? I don't know how many Lakers I've watched this year where D'Bust will be like 2-7 and then pad for the last 5 minutes against the other team's scrubs.
Tony Parker has played on a title contender from day 1. Also, Tony Parker was never really a star, as analytics have shown, more a "solid point guard" in the Andre Miller vein.

I'm not the biggest Parker fan, but in his prime he was a top tier point guard. Hell, lets not forget that in the 2012-2013 season he was arguably the third best player in the league.
But yeah, D'bust gets his numbers on the worst team in the league; fucking Jimmer would average 20/5/5 on that team.

Don't worry bruh, I know your opinion on Enrique and have generally agreed the past few years. However, he was pretty good back in the day in the regular season (and some playoff series') so Duncan could be fresh to do his thing when it mattered.

when he came into the league, tony was the fastest player in the league and already had a go-to move that no one could defend. Dbust has nothing like that.

mid you realize you are making these assessments on rookie players, right? Tell me your thoughts on Kobe after he shot those airballs v. Utah? KoBust? :lol
Too early to diagnose two rookies, even though it is 99.9% trolling Laker Fans :lol

He said the Lakers were going to make the playoffs this year. The fact your team is last place in the WCF is a bust in itself.
