replaced lesean with demarco
replaced boykin with maxwell
just because his moves were terrible doesn't mean they were racially motivated

He never figured out the difference between coaching millionaires and college kids.
What he did with Murray amazed me. He didn't know this was a between the tackles runner? McCoy was by far a better back for what he wanted to do. Talk about a stupid deal, there it was.

Exactly. It's not exactly as if he went out and got Welker at SR, Woodhead at RB... hell could you even name me some white WRs and CBs?

Do black people seriously think shit like this advances their race? IMO programs like the Rooney Rule just make a mockery of them.

Same mockery goes for women on boards of directors. They got the job, but on harmless positions like social media CEO or other irrelevant shit. If there is a good quality black coach or female CEO, they dont need those rules.
Seriously, rule to give interview to a black guy, only for sake of it, so ESPN is telling that Eagles consider unexpierence 3rd year, RB coach for a HC job. :lmao

Or the worst, black women who have jobs they're not even remotely qualified for since they help meet two different diversity quotas.

That is the worst case. I work for global company and we have one black women business analyst, she`s the worst. I don`t know how she still get hers job, but right now her work is under stict supervision of other senior analyst(who is a women, and this one is great at her job and she`s expanding her field of competence for that sake) and director of whole analyst department. The funny thing is that, the company had other incompetent analysts, who where mens, and both of them were let go.

A black coach who was a player, I do see the black players trusting him more. And he can talk the lingo, understands the situation.
In his book..BEAR...Bear Bryant talked about how if a black player trusted you he'd run thru a brickwall for you.

That's because when you have a black female employee you'll get a wrongful termination lawsuit for firing her unless she's done something truly egregious, thus you need to document an extensive track record of poor performance before HR would ever allow it.

why some people believe white men are attracted by black women, is beyond me..
