I saw the game. He was really bad..but Okur was worse.

BTW: Kerem Gonlum also played but he wasn't a factor. I am looking forward to the game on friday...

Serious question:

Streakyshooter08, what do you think about your team? How do you see your chances against Slovenia?

I have a feeling everyone in Slovenia (including our players) underrates (unterschätzt) Germay.

Well it's hard to say. Germany played very very bad against Russia and Turkey and still managed to win so they are some kind of dangerous. If Solovenia manages to defend Dirk they will be alright. Germany misses 3 key-players so it's a surprise that they went this far at all. It should be an interesting game and I think either team could win. I think Slovenia has slightly better chances due to the better players but it won't be easy to beat Germany... It will be fun to watch even though it will be a low-scoring game (both defensive minded teams). I would love to see France-Lithuania as well but they don't show it over here. :(

Do you guys miss Beno? Any updates on his injury? I hope he is alright...

Yes, we miss Beno. Lakovic is a good PG but has had a lot of turnovers so far....I don't think he's shown everything he's capable of in this tournament. On the other hand, Sani Becirovic has played much better since we lost Beno. Maybe his absence has had a positive effect on the team, I don't know....seems to me everyone is giving 120 % now and we missed that on previous tournaments.

I just hope our team doesn't underestimate Germany like all the fans seem to. I think this is going to be one of those under 60 pts games. :)

I want to outscore Germany... We need some running game for our health at least. It is less tiresome to dunk 4 times in a minute than not to score for 3 whole minutes.

Lakovic with some inspiraton can be as good as Nowitzki for Slovenia.

Turkey Glue has fast become a distant thought in the world of basketball.
