I don't think 6 was on the refs. We had it won and were getting free throws. That is on the players.

OKC game was rigged though. The nba wanted to see OKC and they learned their lesson.

see: Ray Allen grab on Manu's arm on the last shot... course it would have been double OT because we all know Manu would have split that pair.

It's always rigged playing those foodstamp fuckers. And we're currently on a death course with them in the 2nd round of the playoffs. If we have to play them, it's 5 on 8 and we're barbecued meat.

I see it different. We had it won. We fucked up. No refs man. Manu should know that weak shit doesn't get called.

that unfair ricochet on the LeBrick 3 that barely hit the backboard... Why do faggots always get a second chance?

I don't know man. I don't even try to remember it anymore. The good thing about the 2013 finals is that you have to bring up the 2014 one too. :lol

meh, 2014. Everything was too predictable except for the OKC win. The finals was a snoozefest, almost like 2007. We weren't the underdogs in 2014. 2013, like 2012 until the bitter OKC jobbing, was so spontaneous... so amazing for so long...

Outside of the Duncan incident, IMO, Joey was actually one of the best officials. Probably one of the best officials you could hope for in the playoffs on the road.

Crawford seemed OK. The Timmy thing was weird. But he's never been too bad aside.

Daily reminder that if the NBA was rigged, there'd be a sliver of statistical evidence. There's isn't.

He dicked the spurs over a lot after the Duncan ejection incident but honestly I get feeling he's over it by now. I remember when he gave the spurs a lot of 50-50 calls against Miami in game 4 in 2014. That game was a turning point for me that his grudge was over.

I can kind of see what Miller/Smith/Barkley are saying about that play. I actually thought it was a foul, but Brent should have went straight into his shot when Fisher left his feet. Instead he takes a dribble into him, then shoots. I think it was a case of a ref swallowing his whistle. Btw, I can't stand Miller either.

Right, the foul on the dribble wouldn't be three free thows, it would be two.

I believe that Joey is the last of the "Travelgate" refs from the 90s still active. That group of refs cashed in 1st class tickets provided by the league, and pocketed the difference. Nothing illegal about that, but that cash is income and they weren't declaring it.

That was how the NBA knew who they could rely on to be shady.
