Caffeine only really affects me if I'm exhausted. If I'm not that tired it doesn't really bother me. If I have coffee at 7pm, I'm usually tired enough by midnight to PTFO.

I have one and it's great, but I keep finding myself going back and using an Aeropress. It gives me the strongest, cleanest espresso I've ever had.
And then I use a steamer for the milk.
