The two plays starting at the 4:00 mark - I remember them like they were yesterday. Burned into my memory. Nobody should have been able to make those shots.

I think he could have carried a team by himself as a franchise player. We'll never know, but it's been a privilege watching him work his magic.

I remember watching clips similar to this one (actually some of those same clips are in this highlight mix) of this "foreigner" back in 2001 or so that were being posted at SR and being so excited that such a guy with this much flair and athleticism was joining the Spurs. I remember people were saying don't have high expectations of Manu because of what you see from these clips because he was playing in an inferior league in Europe. Then he got a lot of hype because of what he did in the 2002 World Championship in Indy and the rest is history.
