They're doing it wrong then. They won't be bad enough to get a good pick (or be in the lottery for that matter more than likely) while they won't be good enough to have a chance to at least get to the second round.

Trade for tanking guru, tanking dalai lama - Kirby Bryant. One ball, him and Harden, should be enough for good tank.

And now they have a trade set to get a first round pick and it falls through.
