PETER SOBCZYNSKI gave it 1 star. It looks exciting, but Michael Bay movies usually disappoint me.

In my eyes, it was every single bit as good as Hurt Locker which won an academy award. Im not sure what the poor rating from that cocksucker was about.

Any movie that casts Jim Halpert as a soldier instantly loses credibility.

I used to think the same about Jake Gyllenhaal and now he's a badass.

His early movies outside of Donnie Darko were abysmal. Then you throw in Brokeback Mountain. :lol

In terms of quality and entertainment this was the most surprising movie ive seen in a year. Didnt think it would be nearly as good as it was.

It's not The best army movie ever, but it's pretty good. I seen it yesterday.

Looks like a "Murica, fuck yeah" type of movie, aka bullshit.

Politics

:lol Yeah, a Michael Bay movie was rated poorly because of politics.

The movie was awful. I did eventually go see it, and I was daydreaming through most of it... at least the parts where things weren't blowing up totally unnecessarily... :lol
