Thereby burning a deserving player and also keeping a deserving player off the roster.

I know with Aids Johnson it was.
But I actually agree with that sentiment. That was a potential death sentence. And fair amount of disabled and sickly ones nationwide got a lift from that game. Even if the other players played zero D and the offense deferred to him.

Other then HIV and Bryant has it ever been offered?
And wtf is Kirbys invite for? :lol Magic had HIV for f's sake.
