Chiraq got a lot of hate but I dunno I thought it was a good adaptation of the play. I think people took the concept too seriously. I understand the hate tho with how serious the topic is.

agreed. i think people were expecting gritty real life super violent street flick not highly stylized greek comedy musical adaptation lol
